CHEF FRANK MARTINEZ & RESTAURANT PROFILE

Frank is originally a Local and did his training in Melbourne.

He lived and worked in London for 7 years as a Chef to many high profile celebrities, working side by side

with Celebrity chefs Antonio Carluccio and Aldo Zilli and wanted to offer his local community what he had learnt.

Sole e' Luna is Located in the main street of Picturesque Bright, Bright is such a beautiful location surrounded by mountains at the base of Mount Hotham and Mount Buffalo. In winter they are peaked with the glow of white snow. Spring and Autumn bring a beautiful array of colour through trees and flowers.  We ensure that with the seasons we change our menu to keep it exciting not for only our weekly regulars but also for our holiday makers. Our staff are always there to greet you with a warm friendly smile and the best service in town.

Frank likes to keep things fresh, not only in the menu but also the restaurant and regularily updates the decor to improve the look and the ambience of Sole e' Luna. One of Sole e' Luna's most recent refurbishments is the courtyard, fully heated and enclosed for winter or open to complement our beautiful warmer seasons, the courtyard also features a waterfall, gently trickling in the background.
